Quadient Platinum Partnership rounds out Omni-Channel Offering

Since 2002 Cumulo9 has been recognised as a leader in the digital communication space.  Our unique IP and unmatched industry experience have provided our customers with the ability to achieve deliverability that is consistently in excess of 99.5%.  We are proud of this world-leading position.

During recent years we have been searching the market for complementary products to round out our offering.

In February 2018 we announced a Partnership with Pitney Bowes to market their document archive solution.  C9 Vault is acknowledged around the world as the premier document archive solution. C9 Vault can be deployed on-site or in the Cloud and in addition to world-leading technology, customers have access to world-class support teams located around the globe.

With digital delivery and document storage/archive taken care of, we embarked on completing the round out of our solution offering with a Customer Communications Management (CCM) Solution.

In March 2019 we were delighted to announce a partnership with Quadient whereby Cumulo9 has been appointed their sole Platinum Partner for New Zealand.  Alongside the Partnership we were very pleased to be able to bring on board two of New Zealand’s most recognised experts in the CCM space; David Allen and Sachin Patel.

Quadient are seen as the key innovators and leaders in the CCM space by Gartner, Forrester and IDC.

The Quadient Platinum Partnership provides the final piece for our end-to-end omni-channel solution.  We can now offer – either on-site or in our AWS Cloud environment – a complete document management, creation, archive and digital delivery solution that provides the world’s most advanced security and audit features; an imperative when considering legislation such as GDPR and recent Royal Commission Reports such as the Hayne Report.

However, we are not finished yet and are continually monitoring the market for additional functionality that can be added to our solutions – through either partnering or acquisition.

The core digital delivery solutions that Cumulo9 is best known for are still as important as ever given the growing focus on timely delivery, compliance and auditability.  And our ability to offer a complete solution with full support from our own local fully trained staff allows Cumulo9 to act as your single source provider for all your CCM/omni-channel requirements.
