Business email deliverability.  It seems that whoever you talk to there is a different understanding of it.  Well, that is probably because it is a very complex topic that involves every component that an email touches.   In simple terms, email deliverability refers to the likelihood of an email arriving in an intended recipient’s inbox.   Deliverability is affected by many things including; email creation, generation, the MTA (Mail Transport Agent), email configuration, network issues, SPAM engines, recipient servers and recipient email clients.
